Thank you for choosing to stay at Southdown. We look forward to welcoming you. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
Same day booking: If you wish to make a late same day booking, please call us rather than booking online. If we aren’t expecting anyone in, we may not be here in time to welcome you.
Prices: The price of the accommodation includes the following: breakfast, use of electricity, linen, cleaning, hot water, central heating, guest lounge, and garden. There is an additional charge for use of the hot tub unless you have booked a walking holiday, in which case it is included.
Acceptance of Children: We welcome children of all ages.
Pets: Sorry, we do not allow pets at this property.
Cancellation and Insurance: By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract
and your deposit is non-
Arrival: Your accommodation will be available to you from 4pm on the day of arrival,
unless otherwise arranged. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know so we
can ensure we are here and that your room is ready for you. You are expected to vacate
the premises between 10am (10.30am weekends & Bank Holidays) and 4pm everyday unless
other arrangements have been made with us. Standard check-
Late arrival procedure: Please ensure you contact us no later than 7pm to let us know if you will be arriving later than arranged.
Departure: Please be ready to leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure (10.30am at weekends & Bank Holidays), unless otherwise arranged. We reserve the right to make an additional charge of up to £10 per hours should guests not adhere to these conditions, We will provide you with an invoice, payable on departure, for any additional services you may have used during your stay.
Damages and Breakages: Please take care when staying in our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages, which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. All we ask is that you report any incidents as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
